Troubleshooting and Technical Support for Poker

Resolve common issues regarding tournament registration, disconnections, and incorrect balances.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Why can't I register for a tournament?

If you are unable to join a tournament, it is usually due to one of the following:

  • Insufficient Funds: Your balance is lower than the required buy-in.

  • Status: The tournament has already started or is currently full.

  • Account Restrictions: Ensure your account doesn't have active gaming limits that prevent entry.

I got disconnected during a hand. What happens?

Our platform includes disconnection protection. If you lose your connection, the system may auto-fold your hand or use your "time bank" to give you a moment to reconnect.

My balance is incorrect after a game. What should I do?

Don't worry—balances can take a moment to sync.

  1. Refresh the page or log out and back in.

  2. Check your Hand History to see the last settled pot.

  3. If it is still wrong, please provide us with the Game Name, Round ID, and Time and our support team can investigate.

How do I fix technical issues while playing?

If the game is lagging or freezing, try these steps in order:

  1. Refresh the game page.

  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  3. Ensure your browser (we recommend Chrome) is updated.

  4. Try a different device or a different internet connection (switch from Wi-Fi to Data).

Are there special rules for different games?

Yes. While we follow standard poker rules, variations apply. For example, in Texas Hold'em you get 2 cards, while in Omaha you get 4. You can find the specific rules for any table displayed within that specific game room.
