Are poker games fair?
Poker is played against other players. To support fair gameplay, the poker platform uses RNG-based random card dealing, fraud prevention systems and game monitoring procedures.
The deck is shuffled at the beginning of each hand. The result of an individual hand alone cannot be used to determine whether the game as a whole is fair.
If you suspect cheating or collusion, provide us with the game name, player name, Round ID or Hand ID, date and time of the issue and a description of the situation.
Why has my poker account been blocked or suspended?
Access to poker may be restricted or suspended for the following reasons:
• Joining the same table using poker accounts from different brands
• Additional identity or compliance checks are required
• You do not meet the applicable location or service requirements
• You have breached the poker Terms and Conditions or network rules
• Prohibited behaviour such as collusion, chip dumping or bot use has been identified
The poker provider allows players to hold poker accounts with different brands.
However, the same player is prohibited from using accounts from different brands to join the same poker table. If this activity is identified, access to poker will be permanently suspended.
A restriction on your poker account does not necessarily mean that your casino account as a whole is restricted.
