How do I join BBGold?
Access to BB Gold is by invitation only. If you are eligible, you will see an invitation (such as a banner or notification) while using your current account.
How do I complete my registration?
Once you click the invitation, a registration form will appear with your details already pre-filled. Simply complete the form to activate your new account.
I haven't received an invite yet. Can I request one?
Invitations are sent out gradually. If you haven't received one yet, please keep an eye on your notifications for future updates.
Managing Your Accounts
Do I lose my existing account if I join BBGold?
Not at all. This is not a migration. You will have two separate accounts: your existing one and your new BB Gold account. You are welcome to use both.
Can I use the same email address for both accounts?
Yes, you can use the same email address for both your current account and your BB Gold account.
Games and Features
What games are available to play?
You will find a wide variety of your favorite products available immediately. Please note that Bingo and Poker are not available at this time, though they may be added in the future.
What makes the BBGold website different?
While you will recognize the familiar layout and imagery, BB Gold features a sleek, premium design with a Black color scheme.
