How to make a deposit

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Select the Deposit option.

  3. Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.

  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

  5. Follow the security steps and confirm the transaction.

Available Payment Methods, Fees, and Limits

All details regarding your specific account are dynamic and can be viewed directly on the site:

  • Payment Methods: When logged into your account, go to the Deposit page, on the top right of your screen. If a specific method isn't shown, it is currently unavailable.

  • Fees: Most deposits are free, but if a fee applies to a specific provider, it will be clearly displayed on the Deposit page before you confirm the transaction. We also recommend you check with the payment method provider for any handling fees.

  • Min/Max Amounts: You can view the exact minimum and maximum limits for each method on the Deposit page.

  • Rolling Deposit Limits: Deposit limits are calculated on a rolling period basis. All deposit limits are all calculated on a rolling basis. This means that the limit will count back from your last deposit, regardless of the time of day.

Example: if you set a daily limit of 100 US$ at 14:00 CET on Wednesday and make a deposit of 100 US$, you’ll be able to make your next deposit after 14:00 CET the following day.

How long do deposits take to process?

The total processing time depends on the method used and potential external factors like financial institution speed:

  • Standard Deposits: Most deposits are processed instantly.

  • Bank Deposits: These may take up to 6 hours on weekdays and up to 12 hours on weekends or holidays.

  • Pending Status: If a deposit status says "Pending," the payment network is settling the transaction. This generally completes within 24 hours.

Note: If a deposit is "Pending," do not attempt it again immediately to avoid duplicate charges. If a deposit remains pending for over 6 hours, verify your bank details and contact support with proof of payment.

How do I troubleshoot deposit issues?

If your funds are not appearing in your account, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Review Confirmation: Check your payment provider’s confirmation to ensure the transaction was successful.

  2. Verify Details: Confirm that the bank details used match the current ones on the Deposit page.

  3. Allow Time: Wait up to 6 hours for the deposit to reflect.

  4. Contact Support: If the issue persists after 6 hours, contact the support team with proof of deposit, including the transaction ID and screenshots.

What are the important security rules for deposits?

To ensure the security of your account, please adhere to the following policies:

  • Third-Party Payments: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. If detected, documentation will be required to verify ownership, and the account may be restricted.

  • CVV/CVC2/CID Codes: This is the 3 or 4-digit security code found on your card. If it is not visible on your physical card, check your banking app.

  • Statement Descriptors: Charges may appear on your bank statement under the name of the payment service provider rather than the specific website name.

  • Currency Conversion: Your statement may show a different currency if the provider applies an exchange rate during processing.

  • Correct Bank Details: Always use the current bank details listed on the Deposit page. Sending funds to outdated accounts may cause processing failures.
