How do I join the Loyalty Program?
When you register for a BB Gold account, you will be automatically signed up for the Loyalty Program.
How can I earn Loyalty Coins?
You can earn Loyalty Coins by making eligible cash wagers on Casino games and Sports at BB Gold.
For Casino games, the amount of Coins awarded depends on the game’s return-to-player rate (RTP). Games with a lower RTP provide a greater boost to your level progression.
For Sports, Coins are based on the applicable percentage of your Sports Bets.
Bets made using bonus funds and PlayJambo contributions do not count towards the Loyalty Program or level progression.

How can I level up?
Make eligible cash wagers to fill your progression bar.
You have three months to complete it. If it is not full by the end of this period, you can try again during the next three-month cycle.

You will keep your highest achieved Level for 12 full calendar months.
Can my Level go down?
After 12 months, your Level may be adjusted if your recent wagering activity no longer supports it.
You can progress again by continuing to make eligible cash wagers.

Yes. You can earn up to 100,000 Coins per month across Casino and Sports.
Do my Coins expire?
Yes. Your Coins will be forfeited if your account is inactive for 90 days, meaning that you have made no deposit or cash wager.
