How do I use my sports bonus?
Once a sports bonus is credited to your account, the sports bonus becomes available in your betslip.
To use your sports bonus:
Select your bet and add your chosen matches to the betslip.
Find the bonus option in the betslip and switch it on.
Check that the bet meets the bonus requirements, such as minimum odds, eligible markets, or qualifying bet types.
Place the bet.
When the sports bonus is activated, the bonus balance is used to fund the wager instead of your cash balance.
What happens if I place a bet using bonus funds?
If a bet is placed using bonus funds, any winnings from that bet are credited back to the bonus balance, not directly to the real money balance.
The winnings from a bonus-funded bet stay in the bonus balance until the sports bonus wagering requirements are fully completed. Once the sports bonus wagering requirements are completed, the redeemable amount can then be converted into real money, subject to the bonus terms.
This means that if your bet was placed with bonus funds, the return from that bet will usually remain in the bonus balance until the sports bonus is completed.
How can I check whether my bet used bonus funds or cash funds?
If you want to check whether a bet was placed using bonus funds or cash funds, open the bet details in your transaction history.
From the bet details in your transaction history, you can review how the bet was funded and identify whether the wager was placed with:
bonus funds
cash funds
This helps you understand why winnings from a bet were returned to the bonus balance or credited to the cash balance.
How do I track my sports bonus?
To track your sports bonus progress, go to the sports bonus page in your account.
From the sports bonus page, you can:
check your current sports bonus progress
review the sports bonus requirements
read the terms and conditions linked to the sports bonus offer
Where can I find my eligible, active, pending, or previous sports bonuses?
To view your eligible, active, pending, or previous sports bonuses, go to the Sports Bonuses page in your account settings.
From the Sports Bonuses page, you can:
filter by time period
filter by bonus type
review the progress of each sports bonus
check the terms and conditions for each sports bonus, including requirements such as minimum odds or eligible markets
Can I cancel my sports bonus?
If you want to cancel your sports bonus while you are logged in, follow these steps:
Go to Menu.
Select Bonus Info.
Find the active sports bonus you want to cancel.
Check whether a cancel or forfeit button is shown next to the sports bonus.
If a cancel or forfeit button is available, you can cancel the sports bonus there. If no cancel or forfeit button is shown, the sports bonus cannot currently be cancelled from that page.
Keep in mind that forfeiting a sports bonus removes:
the sports bonus funds
any winnings earned from the sports bonus
What types of sports bonuses are available?
You will usually see these main types of sports bonuses:
Free Bet: A bonus token that lets you place a bet without using your own funds. In most cases, only the winnings are returned, not the stake.
Real Wager Bonus: A bonus linked to your deposited funds, where you must meet the required betting conditions to unlock or progress through the offer.
Wager Bonus: Bonus funds given upfront that must be wagered a certain number of times before they can be converted into cash.
